Progress on v1.5.0 - changes and logs and motivation


Hey there,

I know development is slowing down and that is entirely due to my motivation on working on the game itself.

I want to make this game work well for a long time but the majority of the time I am asking myself if anyone even enjoys more than a few missions...

There will still be a few versions until I even consider abandoning the game so keep playing and give some feedback if you like.

You won't get rid of me so easily ;)

Any feedback on what is bothersome or great is helpful :)

...especially for my motivation XD


Here is the current progress:

I made adventurers retire automatically after a while (even faster if they sustained too many incapacitations).

This should help the player set up a more consistent flow of adventurers and not focus on one hypercarry team that blows through missions.

Additionally the equipment of adventurers is now bound to them and can no longer be taken back.

The player should treat their adventurer as assets that he wants to help with better equipment and not have one great set of equipment that passed down from adventurer to adventurer.

This should also help a bit with balancing the economy if the player needs to buy new equipment every time a new adventurer needs some.


I want to add recruited adventurers wandering the pier in the hub menu to make the scene a bit more lively, but that will take a bit more time.

The Bugfixes and Optimisations are some I wanted to get rid of for quite a while so I am looking forward to eliminating those :D


Until this is done, I hope you get to play a bit and still have fun with 1.4 .

I would still appreciate some comments or feedback in any form ;)
